A new address combining history and contemporary design
Standing majestically on avenue de Saxe, the contemporary building reflects elegance and discreet luxury. The old 19th century convent, transformed into apartments offering modern comfort and refinement, is organised around a landscaped garden containing a variety of plant species. The complex is subtly revealed through the transparency of a glass wall protecting the tranquillity and spirit of this magical location.
Access to the two buildings is via avenue de Saxe. A path running through the landscaped garden leads to the renovated part of the property.

The restored building - The charm of the old combined with modern comfort
14 renovated apartments with unique spaces - From the studio to the 5-room split-level apartment
Behind the 19th century outer walls of this old convent, you will find unquestionably contemporary and refined comfort. The building has a sober and elegant architecture and is set in a landscaped garden. The identity and style of the convent have been preserved. Technical solutions have been implemented to retain the existing balance when transforming the interior spaces into apartments. To maintain the harmony of bygone days, the stone foundations and façade will be restored, the dormer windows recreated and the chapel’s belfry kept as a tribute to the building’s past. The entire interior has been reorganised in order to create exclusive apartments, each different and individually designed.
The garden - Pristine landscaped grounds that reveal the spirit of the complex
Discover a green landscaped area with generous, well-spaced beds containing a variety of exquisite species. Visible from the street through the glass wall, the garden provides a breath of fresh air, a gateway to calm and serenity.
"Childhood memories of walks sprinkled with morning dew...The initial idea was a garden that would be visible from avenue de Saxe through a completely transparent wall of glass, like a glimpse of a treasure. Borders, small thickets, and flower beds... We wanted to retain the spirit of the place, as well as the original plant species. Consequently, sweet peas, apple trees, cornflowers, daisies, sage, and hyacinths are scattered around the garden, whose unrestrained and flexible composition is a surprising touch that gives a feeling of freedom. The view from the avenue extends right to the end of garden. The footpaths, trees and access paths contained in the complex reveal themselves. Viewed from above, the garden presents a beautiful picture with undulating surfaces that change with the seasons, filled with flowers in the summertime and fruits in autumn..."
